Sunera Completes First Acquisition

Press Release - Sunera LLC has acquired Windward Innovation an Oracle Partner and IT Consulting Firm.

Tampa, FL, April 14, 2010 - Sunera LLC (www.sunera.com), a multinational provider of business and technology risk consulting services, would like to announce that it has completed its first acquisition of Windward Innovation, an Oracle Partner, IT consulting and solution development company providing management consulting, project management, and information technology solutions for mid-sized to fortune 1000 companies. This acquisition adds several notable clients to Sunera's already distinguished client base while at the same time adds both depth and new skill sets to Sunera's consulting staff.

Additionally, Windward Innovation's founder, Judd Trayling, will be joining Sunera as Director bringing over 14 years of PeopleSoft ERP, Oracle database, custom application development and integration experience with him. He has delivered projects at two of the largest automotive manufacturers and two of the largest beverage companies in the world. Judd has former "Big-4" experience at the manager level and will be leveraging his project management (PMP Certified since 2004) and implementation experience in Sunera's GRC Services Practice.
