Rudi is a Director with responsibility for Sunera's United Kingdom practice based in London. He is a senior finance executive with 20 years experience in management, project and programme management, financial reporting, operating at board level and gained within eight leading city institutions and a blue chip retailer.
Rudi qualified as an accountant in 1992 and gained his MBA from Warwick University in 1998.
Most recently Rudi was the Chief Operating Officer of a consultancy subsidiary of Deutsche Bank, where he was responsible for Finance, IT, Operations, Projects and Compliance. Whilst there he reengineered the financial and operational processes, implemented management controls and prepared the company for FSA regulation. Prior to this he was a Director with a London-based consultancy where he reengineered the financial and operational processes of a large consulting business.
Rudi has also programme managed complex, large-scale compliance, finance transformation and process improvement projects for a Fortune 100 US manufacturer, a bulge bracket US investment bank, Big Four UK bank, a major Japanese insurer and a large professional services firm.
Prior to this, Rudi has had a long career working for leading city financial institutions where he was the Financial Controller for significant divisions and has been involved in a number of complex organisational transformation and change initiatives with specific skills around; people, culture, process management and key senior level stakeholder management and engagement.
