Medical and Dental Insurance
Sunera offers comprehensive medical and dental plans through United Healthcare. The plan includes Prescription Drug Coverage. For medical, Sunera contributes 85% of premiums for employees and 65% for dependents, except an alternatively-insured spouse for which Sunera pays 0. For dental, Sunera pays 85% of offered core plan and employees buy-up at their own cost if they choose the higher plan.
Flexible Spending Accounts
The Sunera Flexible Spending Account Plan helps employees save tax dollars by enabling them to pay for qualified health and dependent care expenses with pre-tax earnings.
Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment
Sunera provides employees with Basic Life and AD&D insurance coverage at no cost. Employees may elect to participate in Supplemental Life and/ or Dependent Life and AD&D benefits under the Sunera Group Plan.
Long-Term Disability and Short-Term Disability Insurance
Sunera pays 100% of premiums to provide employees with LTD and STD insurance coverage.
Retirement Planning
Sunera offers employees a 401K plan with a discretionary matching contribution.
