Bruce is a Director with responsibilities in our Tampa and Atlanta offices. He has over 20 years of experience, including 13 years in corporate finance, accounting, and auditing, having worked at the management level within public companies and the “Big-4”. Prior to Sunera, he was a Manager at KPMG and was a Controller for Liquidmetal Technologies. Bruce is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Certified Financial Manager (CFM).
Bruce has extensive experience in the area of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, having provided consulting and hands-on project management leadership for several large US and international public companies. In addition, Bruce served on the SOX steering committee for a US public company and was a manager on several KPMG integrated audits. His experience also includes segregation of duties and system application controls auditing and consulting as well as entity-level controls assessments. His industry experience includes manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, retail, transportation and real estate.
